Our yacht and her equipment are insured against fire, marine and collision risk and third party damages as well as for all loss or damages to hull, machinery, or equipment. There is a deductible provision, the amount of which is related to the size of the yacht.

The owners guarantees that in case of breakdown during your charter, we will successfully repair it within 8 hours period if the yachts are within 25 miles range from Athens or within 24 hours for a range between 25 to 250 miles from Athens. You must call us immediately when the damage occurred, in order the guarantee to be effective. The guarantee is valid for all the Greek ports provided that transportation is available.

Our guarantee cover all engine repairs, batteries, electric anchor winch and sails. If we fail to repair the damage within the times as above mentioned we will give you compensatory sailing time if that possible or credit amount pro-rata or sailing credit towards your next charter with us.

All breakdowns will be serviced, but not any compensation will be provided if one of the following is damaged: Engine due to unclean fuel, Clogged filter due to unclean fuel, Water into fuel tank, Damage of sails due to negligent operation, VHF, Refrigerator, CD/cassette/radio player, Water pressure pump, dingy, out-board, wind instruments, or any equipment on yacht which if damaged does not make yacht inoperable.

We guarantee that on agreed delivery time of the yacht, it will be clean and ready in all respects for sailing in proper running and seaworthy condition. But if for any cause whatsoever, the yacht shall not be available at its time of delivery you will have the right to choose one of the following possibilities.

1.- Provided that the next charter commitment of the yacht allows it, to prolong the period of charter by the same length of time the delivery has been delayed.

2.- To leave the date of termination unchanged and owners to be refunded an amount proportional to length of time the delivery was delayed at the rate corresponding to daily fee in pro-rata.

3.- If the delivery delay in exceed 1/4 of the total charter period you can to cancel the agreement. We refunded the total hire amount you have pay for this charter.

In any of the events mentioned, neither party shall be liable to paid any other compensation for any loss or damage resulting from the curtailment or the cancellation of the agreement .
